A clinical practice in functional and integrative breathing medicine
Doctor of Osteopathy. Master Instructor in Oxygen Advantage® and the Buteyko Method. Fifteen years of clinical practice integrating osteopathy, respiratory assessment, performance physiology, and applied research in emerging models of human physiology and adaptation.

From embodied experience to clinical precision
Where the question began
I grew up with an intuitive sense of flow. Music, athletic discipline, and immersion in nature shaped the way I experienced the body: through vibration, movement, precision, and adaptation. Coherence, calm, and performance were not abstract ideas; they were part of my everyday environment. I became an osteopath early and progressed quickly among my peers. Yet as my professional practice developed, I gradually lost that internal sense of alignment. I could observe the change, but I could not yet explain it.
Beyond visible performance
That unresolved question became a clinical investigation. Working with elite athletes, executives, artists, and educators, I repeatedly observed the same pattern: strong external performance could coexist with respiratory dysfunction, compensatory tension, poor recovery, and reduced adaptability.
This led me to explore the intersection of osteopathy, respiratory physiology, functional assessment, and emerging models of human adaptation. I also studied practices such as Qi Gong and Pranayama, long-standing disciplines increasingly examined through modern physiology.
A central principle gradually became clear: breathing is not an isolated function. It influences physiology, perception, recovery, resilience, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Today's clinical practice
As a French Doctor of Osteopathy and Master Instructor in both Oxygen Advantage® and the Buteyko Method, I integrate osteopathic practice, respiratory performance, and functional assessment tools, including Bio-Well and LineQuartz®, within an integrative approach to human performance.
I work with athletes, professionals, artists, and health practitioners through clinical respiratory assessments, performance protocols, certifications, and immersive training across Europe.
What I believe
Human capacity emerges from coherence between the internal environment, the external world, and the systems that connect them. Breath is central to this relationship, influencing resilience, recovery, perception, growth, and performance, yet respiratory function remains widely underassessed in modern healthcare and human optimisation.
What I do
I help athletes, professionals, artists, health practitioners, and performance-oriented individuals achieve their goals by assessing and optimising respiratory function through clinical evaluations, performance protocols, certifications, and immersive training. My approach connects osteopathy, respiratory physiology, functional assessment, and emerging models of human adaptation within an integrative clinical framework.
Three foundational principles
Before protocols, principles. Three conceptual pillars structuring all clinical practice.
Breath coordinates all systems, from posture to the autonomic nervous system. Nasal breathing affects recovery and perception. Restoring efficiency sets the foundation for health, resilience, and performance.
Cellular respiration reflects the body's capacity to adapt and maintain metabolic coherence under changing internal and environmental demands. This phase develops physiological adaptability through breathing, recovery, exposure, and behavioral regulation.
Flow state is performance in its most coherent form. It emerges when physiology, perception, and action operate in alignment, enabling peak human capability to adapt, perform, and grow under stress.
From assessment to integration
The concrete clinical process.
Evaluate respiratory function, identify physiological needs, define objectives, and establish your personalized breathing protocol.
Apply targeted respiratory protocols designed to optimize health, resilience, and performance with clinical precision.
Breathing efficiency in daily life supports health, cognitive clarity, resilience, and sustained performance in high-performance environments.
Identify your respiratory profile first
A 3-minute assessment routes you toward the appropriate protocol. If certification is the right fit, it will say so.
